Villa Layout: Our daily rental vacation villa, Villa Defne, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the three bedrooms has a jacuzzi and includes 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In addition, there is an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area that leads to the swimming pool and barbecue/veranda area.
Our private villa named Villa Defne is located in Kayaköy and has an elegant design that reflects the exquisite historical atmosphere of Kayaköy. The villa is equipped with all the amenities and equipment you may need at home, and free internet access is provided.
Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms and an open kitchen living/dining room that opens to the swimming pool. The dining table in the kitchen area has a capacity of 6 people.
Pool: The villa's garden features a secluded and private swimming pool with a depth of 150 cm, a length of 8 m, and a width of 4 m. The pool and garden are maintained early in the morning every day.
Features: Private outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, private garden, private parking, and barbecue area are available.

***A security deposit is taken by the homeowners as damage insurance upon entering the villa. This deposit is paid in cash at check-in. If no damage is detected in the house during the check carried out by the homeowner or representative at check-out, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. If you encounter any damage or deficiency during check-in, please inform our guide or homeowner without delay.
Important Note: All of our villas are regularly treated and cleaned against insects and pests using medicines approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. However, there may be a possibility of seeing insects and pests in our villas located in natural environments.
